Large back yard, pets are welcome--I have one dog you would have to live with, lab, very friendly. 2 car garage-you would be able to use one of the spaces for it. attic storage spaceThere are washer/dryer hook ups, if you have a washer and dryer that you are providing I will cover your one time $40 application feeWe would split all utilities equally, and I personally have eco-friendly light bulbs to bring to help reduce utility bills.
